Applicant should be flexible both in hours he/she can work. It is a part time position with 25-30 hours a week. Compensation is based on an hourly rate.
Responsibilities: -Answering the telephone -Calling insurance companies for eligibility and benefits -Dealing with telephone enquiries or referring them to the relevant member of staff -Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or staff member -Answering face-to-face enquiries and providing information when required -Keeping the waiting area tidy -Collecting payments -Receiving and sorting mail -Providing refreshments for visitors, patients or clients -Sending emails and making telephone calls -Booking appointments -Maintaining patient records -Basic computer skills -Coordinating care for patients- i.e. scheduling referral, reminders for appointments, speaking to pharmacy staff -Organizing meeting times/ locations -Undertaking basic bookkeeping
Most importantly you must have a sparkling personality, be willing to perform beyond expectations and finally be able to grow as we grow.
