The position is located in Milford, CT but there is flexibility for this to be work from home 2-3 days per week.
Leap the Pond, a leading provider of Sage Intacct-based accounting software solutions, is seeking a self-motivated, high-energy Customer Success Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work out of our Milford CT office, although qualified candidates in the Northeast within reasonable driving distance of our Milford CT office who can make regular visits to the office will also be considered. Reporting to the Vice President, Customer Success, the Customer Success Consultant is responsible for answering questions from customers about their use of Sage Intacct.
The ideal candidate is looking to make a career change –leveraging his/her Sage Intacct experience and accounting expertise to move into a customer facing position.
